Here's an example of my negativity which, until recently, I wasn't even aware of:
Cute Man On Train - (tapping my arm from his seat) Would you like to sit down?
Me - Oh, no thanks.
My Brain - That cute guy offered ME a seat.....He probably thinks I'm cute.....He probably thinks I'm pregnant...He probably thinks I'm retarded.....That cute guy offered a retard a seat on the train.
