I just bought Stranger than Fiction. I'd forgotten why I dug this movie so much, but it's this scene. It gets me every time:

Harold: Flours.
Ana: What?
Harold: I brought you flours.
Ana: You carried them all the way over here?
Harold: Ms. Pascal, I've been odd. And I know I've been odd. And I want you.
Ana: What?
Harold: There's so many reasons. There's so many influences in my life that are telling me...at times quite literally... that I should come here and bring you these...but I'm doing this because I want you.
Ana: You want me?
Harold: In no uncertain terms.

'member when we saw this feature length motion pic and were pleasantly surprised by it's not quite but really almost A quality

queenie couldn't have been phoning in more but for alexander graham bell hanging off her sweet face

otherwise entertaining and throughtful. ho boy and dustin hoffman's coffee compulsion was a bottomless cuppa joy!
